Dice games come in many shapes and sizes. However, the vast majority of casino games that use dice let you wager on the result of the dice throw. Lightning Dice by Evolution continues this trend, but adds a new twist to the whole mix. Every round will have the payout of several numbers boosted by multipliers. If you win that number, your total prize will be increased accordingly.
The highest RTP possible in Lightning Dice is 96.21%. This RTP is tied to playing Total 3 or Total 18 bets, which are the hardest bets to score. However, they are also the highest paying wagers. They can grant the 999:1 payout when boosted with multipliers, which is the biggest win possible. There are no side bets available in this release.
Each round starts with a betting period. Players can choose one of the available coin values and wager them on the numbers they think will win. Each number has a slightly different payout value, depending on how rare it is.
After you finish betting, lightning will strike one or more numbers on the betting board. This will increase their payout to a degree. While each number has a maximum payout, the lightning strike is not guaranteed to boost it that far.
Once lightning strikes are over, the host will pull a level on the wall. This causes three dice to fall through the elaborate glass structure. The dice will hit and bump against various elements inside the box, making it impossible to predict their result. After they fall all the way down, the dice will display what numbers they landed on.
These numbers are added together to form the winning number. If you predicted it correctly and placed a bet on it, you win the appropriate cash prize. Once wins are paid out, a new round begins.
The only bonus present in Lightning Dice are the multipliers. They appear on one or more numbers with every round. What number is chosen and how much its value is increased is determined randomly. Furthermore, not all numbers can be boosted for the same amount. Safer numbers like 10, 11 and 12’s maximum payout is much lower compared to high-risk numbers like 3 and 18.
In Evolution’s release, there are two types of payouts. Standard wins, and multiplier boosted wins. Standard wins are the cash prize you receive if you win the number normally. The best numbers to bet on from a pure RTP perspective is 3 or 18. They make the 96.21% RTP possible to achieve. Other numbers give you slightly worse odds, but not by much. The lowest possible RTP in Lightning Dice is 96.03%.
