Alongside the three main bets, Bet on Dragon Tiger gives us several side bets to play with. The simple gameplay loop does not leave much room for side bets to be added. As such, most of the wagers in this category are about predicting what type of card will be drawn in the dragon or tiger positions. Their odds of winning are similar to main bets, meaning payouts are usually almost identical.

The first side bets are the odd and even bets. Even side bets pay if the drawn card is an even-numbered one. This means 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and Q are winning cards. Its counterpart is the odd side bet. It grants a reward if the drawn card’s value is odd-numbered. The winning cards for this side bet are A, 3, 5, 9, J, and K. Both odd and even side bets lose in case a seven is drawn on the position you wagered.

Players can also wager on whether the card on each side will be big or small. The big side bet pays if the drawn card has a value of eight or more. However, the big side bet loses if the relevant card is six or below. Meanwhile, the small side bet works oppositely. It grants a reward if the card is six or lower value, but loses if the card is eight or higher value. Both big and small side bets lose if a seven is drawn.
