The RTP for this release is 98.94% if you only play the banker bet. It is played with six decks instead of the usual eight. However, the decks are reshuffled at the start of every round.
Bets are placed by selecting one of the coins placed on the betting table. After choosing one of them, you can then place it on one of three bet fields. Wager on the player or banker winning, or the result being a tie. There is no timer forcing you to rush your bet. Take your time, and press the Deal button when you are ready.
The computer will draw two cards for both the player and banker positions. If needed, a third card will be drawn for one or both sides. The goal of the game is to reach as close to nine as possible. If the hand value is above ten, the ten is subtracted. The remaining value then becomes the new hand value. For example, your hand value will be three instead of thirteen.
Once all the cards are drawn and values are assigned, the two hands are compared. If someone draws an eight or nine, they win immediately. If not, the hand closest to nine will be the winner.
Players do not have any side bets in this Iron Dog Studio release. You can only play the three main bets. The developers added a re-bet and re-bet 2x buttons. They allow you to place the same bet again with the original wager or with the wager doubled.
3D Baccarat is subject to a 5% commission on banker bet wins. If you wager on the banker, your win will grant a 0.95:1 payout. The player bet is only slightly worse off in RTP, but offers the full 1:1 reward. You can also play the Tie bet, which pays 8:1. Better than the other two, but the odds of winning are much lower.
This game is not flashy. It looks good, but it cannot compete with live casino games. What you lose in visuals you make up in outstanding convenience. The timer does not rush you here.
