Wazdan Debuts in Switzerland

Online casino content producer Wazdan has further expanded its presence in regulated markets across the globe after making a selection of its games available to customers in Switzerland.

The Swiss market debut has been made possible through a deal with ta local operator Swiss Casinos. Under the provisions of this partnership agreement, the casino’s online gambling division and its players will be able to enjoy a number of exciting titles released by the renowned developer.

An Exciting Time

Switzerland regulated online gambling market was reorganized in 2019. According to the existing legislation, only land-based casinos can offer online casino services to gamblers in this country.

Swiss Casinos was established in the 1970s and today is the only Swiss-owned gambling company doing business in the local market. Its online gambling arm has been very successful since its inception, and it’s expected to grow even further.

The list of available games includes such popular hits as Infinity Hero, Lucky Reels, 9 Tigers, Magic Stars 3, and Great Book of Magic Deluxe. We should point out that fifteen games from the company’s lineup have been certified in Switzerland since October last year.

Commenting on this significant move, Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, said they were delighted to be launching exciting new titles in Switzerland, especially as they were going live with a such a reputable operator.

Wazdan Continues to Expand Its Presence

Wazdan has been very busy over the last couple of months, launching new games and entering new markets.

Earlier this year, the developer entered the US by making a number of its games available to online gamblers in New Jersey. Before making this move, Wazdan secured a transactional waiver from the state’s gambling regulator.

In addition to that, Wazdan also obtained the necessary regulatory approval to offer its games to customers in Colombia. The company’s games are currently certified in Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
